How You Will Make an Impact

Our guests seek luxury, value, and world-class service. As a Shop Foreman, you will coordinate and oversee activities between the Service Shop and assisting our guests. You will impact whether we become our guest’s favorite place to purchase, lease, or service their vehicle.

What Winning Looks Like:

• Demonstrating a high “HQ” (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity. 
• Perform vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and restorations to the highest standards
• Manages day-to-day operations of all projects within the department
• Creates, assigns, and maintains work orders; ensuring work is distributed efficiently for the highest productivity and standard of repair
• Ensure a safe and productive operation through proper implementation and administration of company policies and procedures
• Quality assurance of work performed/delivered by the service shop

Skills Needed to Win:

• Master level automotive technician with 15 years of experience
• Demonstrates ability to manage a staff of 10 employees
• Excellent organizational skills
• Motivated and fast-paced personality with unparalleled work ethic
• Excellent troubleshooting skills in hydraulic systems, electrical systems, engines, drive trains, and suspension systems
• Strong understanding of carburetors and mechanical fuel injection
• Experienced with internal engine repair and setup
• Available to work full time, and willing to work overtime when necessary
• Basic computer and internet skills
